Lane defeated Young 2-0 Friday, March 24, in a rematch between the city’s top two girls soccer programs. No longer a conference match due to CPL girls soccer conference restructuring, the two met in a nonconference game at Young, with the Champions coming away with a 2-0 win. Kristi Sevova and Mary Rau scored first-half goals to lead Lane to the road win.
